If you do not agree to all of the following terms and conditions, do not submit your information or access the Service.
Age Requirement. You represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age. Persons under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from accessing or using the Service. lowkey reserves the right to terminate any account upon discovery that the account holder does not meet this age requirement.
Adult Content. The Service may contain or facilitate the exchange of adult-oriented content, including material of a sexual nature. By proceeding, you confirm that you are of legal age to access such content in your jurisdiction and that such access does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
Prohibited Conduct. Violations may result in immediate account termination and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

Beta Participation. By joining the beta program, you acknowledge that the Service is in a pre-release testing phase. Features may be incomplete, unavailable, or subject to change without notice. lowkey makes no representations or warranties regarding the availability, reliability, or fitness of the Service during this period.
Communications Consent. By providing your email address, you consent to receive communications from lowkey regarding product updates, launch notifications, and related announcements. You may unsubscribe at any time by following the opt-out instructions in any communication we send.
Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lowkey and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.
Arbitration. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and you waive any right to a jury trial or class action proceeding.
Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
